GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The offer and sale of products made on the website www.rossinigioielleria.it are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. For any other legal information please see the Privacy Policy and Returns sections on this page.
The Customer is required, before submitting his or her purchase order, to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Submission of the Purchase Order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of the above General Terms and Conditions of Sale .
The Customer is obliged, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the relevant Order Form, already viewed and accepted.
These Conditions of Sale and related documents are in accordance with Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Leg. 206/2005.
SUBJECT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale cover the sale of products through the e-commerce service at www.rossinigioielleria.it.
The main features and prices of the products offered for sale (including any additional costs) are clearly stated directly on the site.
Products sold on the site can only be purchased and delivered to the countries indicated:
ITALY – delivery within 2 (two) working days
Any orders for shipments to be made outside these countries will be fulfilled at the discretion of the Rossini Gioielleria physical store and may require additional costs and time which will be promptly communicated to the customer; in the event that the order cannot be fulfilled or an economic agreement is not reached, the customer will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended) and the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, as amended) and apply exclusively to sales by means of the site www.rossinigioielleria.it, at which there are order forms by means of the virtual shopping cart and purchase through the various payment methods, as indicated in these General Conditions of Sale as well as in the other sections of the Site.
In the event of any change in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale published on the Site at the time of placing the Order itself by the Customer shall apply;
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the entire process that characterizes the purchase of products (reservation where applicable, order, purchase, shipping, returns, repairs, customizations) on www.rossinigioielleria.it and do not govern, however, the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the owner of the site, which are present on www.rossinigioielleria.it through links, banners or other hypertext links.
Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than those offered directly from Rossini Gioielleria’s platform, we suggest checking their terms of sale, because the seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties.
The products are sold to the customer identified by the data entered when completing and sending the order form in electronic format with simultaneous acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Product offers on www.rossinigioielleria.it are intended for customers over 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18 to purchase at www.rossinigioielleria.it you must first have the consent of one of your parents or legal guardian.
By placing an order through this e-commerce platform you guarantee us that you are of legal age (18 years of age or older) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. The customer is prohibited from entering false and/or made-up names in the online order process and in further communications, even if they want to maintain privacy or send a surprise gift to someone else.
Various sales methods are made available on the site that allow, however, the items purchased to be shipped to parties other than the buyer. The Seller reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
By agreeing to these Conditions Of Sale, you also release the Seller from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to errors relating to the data you provided when placing your online Order, you as the customer being solely responsible for their correct entry.
Therefore, please check the appropriate form thoroughly before sending the data, in order to avoid, among other inconveniences resulting from such distractions or omissions, the sending of products to wrong addresses or subjects, as Rossini Gioielleria will not compensate the customer in error despite the ethics of our Store dictates to always seek a solution that does not harm and can satisfy both parties.
By agreeing to these Terms of Sale, you also release the Seller from any liability arising from errors or delays in the customer’s access to the Website when entering their information in the purchase process and from any inconvenience created by this situation. As well as from the slowness or inability to receive the customer’s Order confirmation or from any anomaly that may occur due to problems with the Internet network, or due to any other event unforeseeable and independent of Rossini Gioielleria.
By agreeing to these Terms of Sale, you also release the Seller from any liability arising from any failure to operate or problems with the email address provided by the customer to send the Order confirmation.
PUBLIC OFFERING AND PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT THROUGH ELECTRONIC COMMERCE SERVICE
The Products and Services with their prices as found on the site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the terms specified in the general conditions of sale and on the site itself. The conditions of this offer apply only to purchases made on the website www.rossinigioielleria.it. Contracts of sale entered into on the site and involving the Products and Services are concluded directly with Rossini Gioielleria.
Online Sale and Purchase Agreement means the distance Contract having as its object the sale and purchase of movable goods (hereinafter referred to as Products) entered into between you, as the Customer, and Rossini Jewelers, as the Seller, within the framework of an electronic commerce service organized by the Seller which, for this purpose, employs the distance communication technology known as the Internet. In order to come to the conclusion of the Contract for one or more Products, you will have to fill in the Order form in electronic format (henceforth also Order) and transmit it to the Seller through the Internet following the relevant instructions.
The Order contains: a reference to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (which you will accept prior to any purchase); information and pictures of each Product and its price; the means of payment you may use; the method of delivery of the Products purchased, the timing and related costs of shipping and delivery; a reference to the conditions for exercising your Right of Withdrawal; and the manner and timing of returning the Products purchased.
Although Rossini Gioielleria is constantly taking measures to ensure that the photographs shown on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products (either provided directly by the manufacturers or photographed personally by us), including taking every technological solution possible to minimize inaccuracies, some variations are always possible due to the technical features and color resolution characteristics of the computer you are using.
Accordingly, Seller shall not be responsible for any inadequacy of graphic representations of products shown on the Site when due to the above technical reasons, since such representations are merely for illustrative purposes (unless the products are completely different from those shown in photographs).
ORDER FULFILLMENT AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
By transmitting through the Website your Order, you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by, in your dealings with the Seller, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. When you submit your Order, Seller will take it over for processing and will send you, by email, an Order Confirmation (hereinafter “Order Confirmation”) to the email address provided by Customer. Such Confirmation will summarize the Products and Services selected, the related Prices (including Delivery charges and additional charges referring to additional Services requested by the Customer such as gift wrapping if requested), the delivery address, the Order number (hereinafter “Order Number”), the General Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth therein, and any Special Terms and Conditions applicable to the individual Order and determined as a result of specific Customer requests.
Rossini Gioielleria reminds the Customer to verify with the utmost care and attention the correctness of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and to communicate to the Seller as promptly as possible any corrections, so that the Seller can, within the limits of its timing and capabilities, resort to the best possible remedy if the order has not already been entrusted to the Courier or the person in charge of shipping the goods. The Order Number, generated by the system and communicated by Rossini Gioielleria shall be used by the Customer in any communication with the Seller.
Occasional non-availability of the Products offered may occur, in which case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not, in whole or in part, available, Rossini Jewelry will notify the Customer. This is without prejudice to the possibility, on the part of the Seller, before sending the Order Confirmation, to request from you by e-mail or by telephone indicated by you, further information with reference to the Order you have placed through the Internet. The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or if the products are unavailable. In such cases, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone that the Contract is not concluded and that the Vendor has not acted on your Order specifying the reasons why.
In such a case, the sum previously committed to the Customer’s means of payment will be disengaged. In the event that products, presented on the Website, are no longer available or for sale subsequent to the placing of your Order, it shall be the responsibility of the Seller to notify you promptly and in any event within thirty (30) business days after the day following the day on which you have transmitted your Order to the Seller of the unavailability of the Products ordered. In such a case, the sum previously committed to the Customer’s means of payment will be disengaged. Each sale made by the Seller through the online sales service may involve one or more products, with no quantity limit on each item.
Before concluding the Contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale including the Right of Withdrawal and Personal Data Processing Privacy Policy. The Contract is concluded when the Seller, after receiving your Order Form and verifying the correctness of the data, has forwarded to you at the e-mail address you have indicated through the Website the confirmation of the preparation of the package and shipment of the product.
The Seller agrees to deliver the ordered products to the Customer no later than 2 (two) days from the date of conclusion of the Contract. The language available to conclude the Contract with the Seller is Italian and the applicable law is Italian law. Rossini Jewelers reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute regarding a previous Order. This applies equally to all cases in which Rossini Jewelers deems the customer unfit, including but not limited to the case of previous violations of the terms of the Contract for online purchases on the Site or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in fraudulent activity of any kind.
SALE PRICES
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices of the Products and shipping and delivery charges shown on the Website and in the Order are to be deemed to include VAT and expressed in Euros. The validity of the indicated prices is always and only that indicated by the Website at the time of transmission of the Order through the Internet. Product prices, offers, and shipping and delivery costs may change over time.
If your items remain in the shopping cart for a long time and you will submit your order some time after your last visit to the Website, make sure that the prices have not changed (as prices may be different, higher or lower, depending on promotions and price lists of the moment, chosen by us or imposed by suppliers) and check, therefore, the final sale price before submitting the relevant Order. All Products are shipped directly from Italy, from FERRARA.
The prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery charges shown on the Website and in the Order, unless otherwise specified, are not to be considered inclusive of any additional costs associated with inconvenient ZIP codes, special shipments, customs duties and related taxes, which cannot be calculated in advance, if the shipment is to countries outside the EU or to countries where import charges are required by applicable regulations. In such a case, the existence of any additional costs mentioned above will be clearly mentioned when placing and reviewing the Order. These costs are therefore the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products, according to the instructions specified in the Order Confirmation.
In case of non-collection, the seller will refund the cost of the product but not also the shipping costs, outbound and inbound costs related to customs duties and related taxes, and the shipping costs for the shipment aimed at returning the product to the seller. All Product Prices shown on the Site, are inclusive of VAT. Any delivery charges (hereinafter “Delivery Charges”) and charges related to the Additional Services made available by Rossini Jewelers, as set forth in the following articles of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, shall be borne by the Customer and adequately detailed in the Purchase Order.
The Price shown on the Site, at the time the Order is placed, shall apply to the Products and Services, subject to any offers or changes in Price made subsequently and indicated on the Site.
ORDER
The Purchase Order must be placed online through the order procedure on the Site (hereinafter “Order Procedure”) by clicking on the desired product which will flow into the Shopping Cart. In order to proceed with the completion of the Purchase Order, the Customer may alternatively follow the steps below:
In case the Customer is already registered to the Site through the appropriate Section, it will be sufficient to enter their login credentials (username and password) by entering them in the “Login” Section.
In the event that the Customer is not a user of the Site, it will be sufficient to enter the required data in the appropriate form, necessary to be able to make the Purchase.
Rossini Gioielleria reminds that the Customer, before proceeding with the Purchase may at any time become a user of the Site by making the relevant online registration through the “Register” page (to become a registered customer of the site).
The Customer correctly concludes the Order Procedure if the Site does not show any error message mostly related to the failure to enter some basic data (the system cannot detect errors with reference to the data entered by the Customer in the field dedicated to billing and shipping addresses).
In the event that the delivery is not successful, the customer should make immediate contact with Rossini Jewelry.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
For payment of the price of the Products and related shipping and delivery charges you may follow one of the methods indicated in the Order Form on the Site www.rossinigioielleria.it and which are summarized below.
The customer can make payment by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or other similar credit or debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer .
Rossini Jewelry uses the highest commercially available security measures in the industry. In addition, the payment process takes place on a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
For online orders on our Site, we accept both credit card and prepaid card payments (e.g., PostePay) at no additional charge on the cost of the product and shipping.
It is understood that the Customer must be a holder of a valid credit card at the time of ordering the Products purchased online. In the event that the name listed on the credit card is not the same as the name listed on the billing information the order will still be placed, but Rossini Jewelers assumes no responsibility if the Prepaid Card and/or Credit/Debit Card is improperly used by the purchaser. Without these prerequisites, it will not be possible to proceed with the Order.
At the time of online purchase, at the same time as the Order Confirmation, the relevant banking institution will only commit the amount related to the Order from the present availability of your credit card. The amount will be charged immediately when the payment is sent through the online platform. At no time during the purchase process is Rossini Gioielleria able to know your credit card information (for example, your credit card number or the date of its expiration), which is transmitted via an encrypted protocol-protected connection directly to the Site of the entity handling the electronic payment (banking institution or Paypal).
No computer records of the Seller will retain such data. In this regard, the user, under no circumstances, should report their credit card information by phone or email.
Paypal
If you have a Paypal account, Rossini Jewelers gives you the option of making payments directly using email and its password with which you registered at www.paypal.com.
Bank transfer
In case of payment by Bank Transfer, the order will be shipped as soon as the amount is credited to the jewelry store’s account.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHODS
Each shipment contains: the product(s) ordered with their original packaging if provided; any accompanying documentation required according to the country of shipment; any informational and marketing material, including any discount coupons or other leaflets; any gadgets.
Products, before being shipped, are subject to review by the Seller, so some may be exempt from some of the original packaging. This is done solely for the purpose of assuring the Customer and thus the final recipient of the item in question that the goods arrived are free of defects such as scratches, dents and malfunctions in general. We therefore guarantee that all products sold by Rossini Jewelry are original and free from defects at the time of sale.
Delivery of Products purchased through the Seller’s Website may be made in several ways.
Delivery to the Customer’s home:
the purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the Order with insured shipping. Upon receiving the goods at their home, we ask you to check the integrity of the packages when they are delivered by the courier. In case of anomalies you must have the courier detect and note them exactly and reject the delivery upon mandatory notification to Rossini Gioielleria, also by contacting customer service by phone or e-mail .
In Italy we generally ship by GLS – Corriere Espresso (or other couriers as needed at the time) in 24/72 hours with express and insured delivery with signature on delivery.
Abroad we ship by GLS – Express Courier , with an expected delivery time of 5 working days. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us. When the Order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking code, which is the tracking code with a link to the Courier Site and the status of the shipment. This number, the tracking code, is used to monitor the progress of the shipment and the expected delivery date.
Orders with items immediately available, with payment made by credit card or PayPal placed by 11:00 a.m. are shipped within the same morning or within 24 hours if the item is in one of our stores. For all orders paid by Bank Transfer, the order will be shipped as soon as the amount is credited to the jewelry store’s account. For all orders that include reservation items, the date is indicated at the time of Order confirmation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer is a “Consumer”, as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, he/she shall be entitled to the rights set forth in Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree of 21/02/2014 n.21, and therefore the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement (hereinafter “Right of Withdrawal”) for any reason whatsoever, without explanation and without penalty, by notifying the Seller within the term of fourteen (14) days, starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party, designated by the Customer and other than the Carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. Please note that, as provided by the current legislation, the right of withdrawal is excluded and therefore cannot be exercised in the event that the products you have purchased have been customized, even with simple engravings, or have been custom-made for you, at your explicit request at the time of placing the Order, tampered with or damaged by the Customer.
The Withdrawal may relate to all (Total Withdrawal) or only part (Partial Withdrawal) of the Rossini Jewelry Products purchased by the Consumer. The right of withdrawal does not cover the shipment of the goods from the Customer to the Seller, so the Customer is required to pay the Courier the expected shipping fee based on the area where the goods will be picked up.
Customers who wish to exercise the right of Withdrawal may notify by filling out the form below;
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: Returned Products must be returned in their entirety and not parts or components of them, even in the case of kits; Returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging (meaning, by this, the packaging of the individual product); Returned Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment; In case of exercising the right of Withdrawal, the customer must return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he/she communicated to Rossini Gioielleria his/her wish to withdraw from the Contract pursuant to Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. Returns can be requested through the form below within 14 days of receiving the items. After requesting a return, specify the product(s) you want to return.
You can ask for a refund, a voucher or an exchange: ask for a refund in case you want a refund of the amount spent on the items you want to return; ask for a voucher in case you want an exchange of an item in the future; ask for an exchange in case you want to exchange the item for one of equivalent price or different value with possible reversals in the price (which can be settled either with vouchers in case the Customer does not reach the amount spent previously or with the payment of the missing amount in case the Customer instead exceeds the amount of the item previously purchased).
The voucher can be used in the future or even immediately by placing an Order on the Site. The new Order will be shipped by Rossini Jewelry only after receiving the items to be returned. The same applies to the refund in economic terms in case you do not choose the voucher, which will be made only after receiving the product and evaluating its integrity.
It is important, in the case of a return made by courier, that you indicate the day on which you want the courier to pick up the package and the time slot, if any, morning or afternoon (in all cases this option will depend more on the courier). You will need to Place the items to be returned inside a well-sealed and protected box or envelope. The courier will already have the label with our shipping address and the reference of the customer who placed the Order, so it is not necessary to write anything on the package.
The goods must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Rossini Jewelers will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days, excluding shipping costs (unless the Store states otherwise due to customer registration, accumulation of multiple purchases over time, value of the product).
As provided by applicable law, to which we refer, Rossini Jewelers may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or, in its sole discretion, until the customer demonstrates that it has returned the goods to the Seller.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer returned at your cost and under your responsibility until the package reaches our warehouse. Make sure you have a tracking number and keep a copy of the proof of mailing. It is important that your shipment has adequate insurance coverage in case of loss.

Methods of reimbursement
The Seller will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction for re-crediting, unless you explicitly ask the Seller for a different means to be used and the Seller agrees. If the Order was paid via PayPal, the refund will be made to the card or account used for payment while if the Order was paid via Credit Card, the refund will be made to the card used for payment (no other card can be used for refund). for orders paid by Wire Transfer, the order will be refunded by wire transfer as soon as the amount is credited to the jewelry store’s account.
LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
All Products sold on the Site are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for in Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code (Legal Warranty). More specifically, the warranty regime on products sold by Rossini Gioielleria a differs depending on whether the buyer is a “consumer” or a “professional” within the meaning of Directive 1999/44/EC concerning “certain aspects of sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods.”
If you buy as a “consumer,” you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity to which the seller is legally bound on every good sold (“Legal Warranty”). The Legal Warranty-which Rossini Jewelers is obligated to as the seller-guarantees the goods against defects in conformity with the contract of sale.
TO WHOM IT APPLIES
The Legal Guarantee, therefore, is reserved for consumers. It, therefore, applies only to users who have made the purchase on the Site for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out. To those who have purchased on the Site and who do not have the quality of consumers will be applied the warranties for defects in the thing sold, the warranty for defects in promised and essential qualities and the other warranties provided by the Civil Code with their terms, forfeitures and limitations.
WHEN APPLYING
The seller (and, therefore, with respect to purchases made on the Site www.rossinigioielleria.it) is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product and that becomes apparent within two years of such delivery. The lack of conformity must be reported to the seller, under penalty of forfeiture of the warranty, within the two-year period and promptly upon discovery of the defect.
The warranty is valid, therefore, provided that the following conditions are met: the defect manifests itself within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products; the Customer files a formal complaint with respect to the defects promptly from the date on which the defect is acknowledged by the Customer, unless this is contrary to prevailing mandatory regulations of the Customer’s country of habitual residence; Unless proven otherwise, defects of conformity manifesting themselves within six months from the delivery of the product shall be presumed to have existed on that date, unless such assumption is inconsistent with the nature of the product or the nature of the defect of conformity.
From the seventh month after delivery of the product, however, it will be the consumer’s burden to prove that the conformity defect existed when the product was delivered. In order to qualify for the Legal Warranty, you must then first provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the goods. You should, therefore, keep the purchase invoice or any other document that can attest to the date the purchase was made (e.g., credit card statement) and the date of delivery for the purpose of such proof.
WHAT IS CONFORMITY DEFECT
A lack of conformity exists when the purchased goods: are not suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are usually used; do not conform to the description made by the seller and do not possess the qualities of the goods that the seller has presented to the consumer as a sample or model; do not have the usual qualities and performance of goods of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account also the statements made in advertising or labeling; are not suitable for the particular use intended by the consumer and which has been brought to the seller’s attention by the consumer at the time of the conclusion of the Contract and which the seller has accepted.
Therefore, any failures or malfunctions or other defects caused by accidental events or by your responsibility or by use of the product not in accordance with its intended use and/or with what is provided for in the technical documentation attached to the product, if any, or in the instructions for use relating to it, are excluded from the scope of the Legal Warranty.
We also remind you that although Rossini Gioielleria constantly takes measures to ensure that the product photographs shown on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, including the adoption of every technological solution possible to minimize inaccuracies, some variations are always possible due to the technical characteristics and color resolution features of the computer you are using.
Accordingly, Seller shall not be responsible for any inadequacy of graphic representations of products shown on the Site when due to the above technical reasons, since such representations are merely for illustrative purposes.
WHAT TO DO WHEN THERE IS A CONFORMITY DEFECT
In the event of a lack of conformity duly reported within the terms, you shall be entitled: primarily to repair or replacement of the good free of charge, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively onerous compared to the other, and then, in the specific case, considering the type of sale, to replacement, where this is possible in relation to the number of specimens still available for sale;
On a secondary basis (i.e., in the event that repair or replacement is impossible or excessively costly or repair or replacement has not been carried out within a reasonable period of time or repair or replacement previously carried out has caused significant inconvenience to the consumer) to the reduction of the price or termination of the Contract with choice to be agreed upon by contacting us.
An excessively burdensome remedy is one that imposes unreasonable expenses on the seller in comparison with alternative remedies that can be pursued, taking into account (1) the value that the good would have if the lack of conformity did not exist; (2) the extent of the lack of conformity; and (3) whether the alternative remedy can be pursued without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
REIMBURSEMENT OR REDUCTION AS A RESULT OF THE APPLICATION OF THE LEGAL GUARANTEE
In the event of termination of the Contract, Rossini Jewelry will return to you the Aggregate Total paid. In the event of a price reduction, Rossini Jewelry will return the pre-agreed reduction amount to you. The amount of the refund or reduction will be communicated to you via email and credited to the chosen means or payment solution.
In particular, in case of non-conformity, the Customer who has entered into the Contract as a Consumer shall be entitled to obtain the restoration of the conformity of the products without cost, by repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the Contract with respect to the disputed goods and the consequent refund of the price.
Exchange or refund of a product with obvious factory defects will be possible within 7 (seven) days after receipt of the product, beyond these timeframes, if the item falls within the specifications of the service centers (different for each brand) it may be taken for warranty repair.
Warranty repair times vary by product brand and can range from 45 to 60 working days.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
The Customer acknowledges, accepts and consents to the fact that all communications, notifications, attestations, information, reports and in any case any documentation on the operations performed, referring to the purchase of the Products, will be sent to the e-mail address indicated at the time of registration, with the possibility of downloading the information on a durable medium in the manner and within the limits provided by the Site.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Customer’s data are processed by Rossini Gioielleria in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the special section “Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003” .
APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law and any disputes inherent and/or consequent to the same shall be resolved exclusively by the Italian jurisdictional authority, as better specified below.
In particular, if the Customer qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the court of the Customer’s place of domicile or residence in accordance with applicable law. WHEREAS, Rossini Gioielleria is always available to seek an amicable solution to disputes that have arisen, including through the direct contacts indicated, the Customer is informed that, according to Article 14 of the EU Regulation no. 524/2013 and by the resolution on ODRs set forth in Statutory Instrument no. 500/2015 in force since February 15, 2016, an online platform for ODR (“online dispute resolution”) disputes arising from the purchase of goods online has been established by the European Commission and can be accessed at the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage Through the ODR platform, the Customer will be able to browse the list of ODR bodies, find the link to each of them, and initiate an online dispute resolution procedure.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Site whether or not subject to the registration of an intellectual property right (photos, product sheets, descriptions, layouts) are the exclusive property of Rossini Gioielleria and may not be used. All designs, models, trademarks, text, visual or aural, commentary, artwork, illustrations, images, reproduced on www.rossinigioielleria.it are protected by copyright, trademark and image rights, and any other applicable intellectual property rights.
They are the total property of Rossini Jewelers of its partners (Provided through appropriate extranet sites, “picture park” and related). Any kind of reproduction or representation, subject to counterfeiting may result in the occurrence of civil and criminal liability of its author. Links pointing back to the Site www.rossinigioielleria.it and using the techniques of “framing” or “in-line linking” are formally prohibited.
In any case, any link or other content mentioned above, even if tacitly authorized, must be withdrawn immediately and upon simple request of the individual firm Rossini Gioielleria, under penalty of the consequences of the law.
MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
On the occasion of any changes to these Terms and Conditions, Rossini Jewelers will promptly post those changes on the Site. The amended General Terms and Conditions of Sale will become an integral part of the new Contracts, as of the first Order placed by Customers, following their publication on the Site. In the case of Orders already placed prior to this notice, the previous version of the General Conditions of Sale, which can be consulted in the General Conditions of Sale history, will apply www.rossinigioielleria.it.
SUBSTITUTION CLAUSE
Should any present or future provision of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and/or the Contract be or become wholly or partially invalid and/or ineffective, or should there be a gap in the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and/or the Contract, the remaining provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Contract shall in all cases remain valid and effective. It is understood that Rossini Jewelers and the Customer will undertake to negotiate in good faith the integration of the gap or the replacement of the invalid and/or ineffective clause with the aim of achieving the same results pursued by the invalid or ineffective clause and to safeguard the content, including economic, of the Contract.
